Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no card at all. Paid trials collect your card at signup but we don't charge it until day 30 — so you can explore risk-free.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll send you reminder emails at 7 days and 3 days before the trial ends. If you haven't cancelled, your card is charged on day 30 and your subscription continues. You can cancel any time before that.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you've paid for.
Are prices in NGN?
Yes. All prices are in Nigerian Naira and payments are processed via Paystack.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
