How do I create a Botglam account?
Visit app.botglam.com and sign up with your email address. You can also download the Botglam app from the App Store and create an account directly from the app.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to app.botglam.com/login and click "Forgot password?" Enter the email address linked to your account and follow the reset link we send you. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through the iOS app, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Botglam to manage or cancel. If you subscribed on the web, sign in to app.botglam.com, go to Settings, and open the Billing section. For billing questions, email us and include the email address on your account.
A client can't book an appointment on my page. What should I check?
Make sure your services are published, your availability is set, and your booking page link is correct. Sign in to app.botglam.com, review your calendar and service settings, and confirm your profile is live. If the issue persists, contact us with your business name and a description of the problem.
How do I connect WhatsApp to my Botglam account?
Sign in to app.botglam.com, go to Settings, and open the WhatsApp section. Follow the on-screen steps to connect your WhatsApp Business account. If you run into connection errors, email us with a screenshot of the error message.
How is my data protected?

My account has been suspended. What can I do?
If your account was suspended, you will see a reason when you try to sign in. Review our Terms of Service to understand the policy. If you believe the suspension was a mistake, contact legal@botglam.com with your account email and any relevant details.
